SHANGRI-LA
Project Overview
We helped Shangri-La Yun Hong Kong build an authentic presence on RED by managing their social media and influencer strategy from the ground up. From launching their official RED account to executing monthly content and influencer campaigns, our goal was to transform wellness into a lifestyle people want to follow, visit, and share.
Shangri-La Yun is no longer just a wellness destination, it’s a must-visit experience in the RED ecosystem.
Our focus was to raise awareness for Shangri-La’s YUN Wellness brand by creating and operating their official RED account. We curated and posted 6–8 high-quality pieces of content monthly, aligned with key festivals and promotional periods. Simultaneously, we managed a monthly influencer campaign, engaging 5 relevant KOLs per month using product exchange to keep costs low while maximizing exposure.
We also supported Shangri-La’s brand partnerships, pitching co-branded opportunities to generate buzz beyond their owned channels.
