Project Overview

We partnered with Flâner Fragrance, a Melbourne-based niche perfume brand, to build their voice on RED and connect with Chinese-speaking audiences both locally in Australia and abroad. From zero followers to a growing fan base, we turned their elegant, slow-living brand into a discovery-worthy gem among fragrance lovers in the Chinese community.

Flâner had a clear brand identity and a beautiful product—but no local traction among Chinese-speaking audiences in Australia. We launched their RED account from scratch and crafted a content strategy that combined moody lifestyle imagery, poetic copywriting, and fragrance storytelling that resonates with RED users.

We also tapped into micro-influencers and lifestyle KOLs based in Australia to spark conversation and drive organic growth—all without relying on heavy paid promotions.
